About This Track
Track 2 turns your personal SEL skills into leadership superpowers. Through four progressive lessons, you'll learn how to build a caring team culture, spot and seize everyday teaching moments, transform meetings into trust-building experiences, and give feedback that actually strengthens relationships. You'll get practical tools, ready-to-use facilitation guides, and real-world scenarios that help you confidently model SEL, coach your staff through challenges, and create the kind of supportive workplace where both your team and the youth you serve can thrive. This isn't theory—it's actionable strategies you can use right away to infuse SEL into everything your team does.I've done a lot of PD over the years. It's challenging to find meaningful programs that are both engaging and allow me to hear from others in my field. This is the first program that actually changed how I show up every day — not just with kids, but with my staff and even my own family. -Youth Development Director, Track 2 Cohort Participant,
